Or is that dangerous? Should it be warm or cold water? How much should I use so it isn't dangerous?

It's not dangerous but it is counterproductive. The reason baking soda and vinegar work well to clean out sinks is the chemical reaction that happens when you mix an acid (vinegar) with a base (baking soda) creates a gas byproduct which builds pressure and helps move clogs along. You effectively neutralize the acid and base leaving you at a neutral pH. Like water. And judging from your question, plain old water isn't cutting it.

You'd be better off to use one or the other mixed in water to clean your feet. Vinegar would probably be the strongest if you're looking to kill the "stinky."

Well there's nothing dangertous about topical use of vinegar or baking soda, but ...why? I mean, I go barefoot nearly all the time adn my soles have never got so dirty that basic showering (soap and water) didnt' take care of it! Now, it the problem you're trying to cure is one of foot odor, I'd say you're wearing shoes too much! Remember, feeet don't smell, shoes do! And your feet get infected from being closed up in them all the time.

Use warm water, mix to paste if you want to leave it on for a bit for odor problems. Not going to hurt at all, both are safe food products. Oh, and I'd use the apple cider vinegar.

It wouldn't be dangerous, but it would probably be drying to your skin. Try a gritty soap made for tough dirt if your feet are really dirty. A lot of the time it's callous, then soaking your feet in warm water and using a pumice stone on them (regularly) will help make them look cleaner.

I would mix the baking soda with hydrogen peroxide instead of vinegar, to avoid the chemical reaction

Please ditch the baking soda, I use that for stubborn stains in my bathroom!!! Just fill a cup with vinegar, or just dump it in the bath. Dip a sponge in it and rub your feet clean with it. Voila !! Easy isn't it................. Water can be anyway you like it..

PEACE

I would imagine its not dangerous seeing how you can swallow vinegar.. docs tell you to gargle it when you have sore throat... It would have to be warm water because it mixes better.. I don't understand why you don't just use soap though?
