RATIONING - Introduced because there was little food and the government wanted to make sure that everyone had enough to eat. Everyone was issued with "ration books" which had brown covers, and which had inside "coupons for each week of the quarter. You could only use a coupon in its proper week. Surprisingly, although the choice of food was limited, and there was not masses of, it is now accepted that the diet was the healthiest the British had ever known. Food could be purchased illegally on the "black market" as well, and some people made much money that way.
The BLITZ -This was th bombing attack on the capital city of London and other major cities to the west and north of it. A tremendous amount of damage was done, and many people killed. The Germans expected to kill more people, but folks were smart about finding safe places in cellars or subway stations etc. The decision to bomb London was taken when the Germans found it difficult to destroy the British airforce in battle - and until they did that they dare not invade England across the stretch of water known as the English Channel. They decided instead that to attack people would make the British give up out of fear. This bombing campaign completely failed to do that - in fact it made the British mad enough to go through to the end of the War.
HITLER - was the Leader of Germany, and wanted to rule most of Europe. He was a very cunning politician, and had some good ideas about how wars should be fought. But he did not know everything, so when he decided to take all military decisions the Germans did not do so well. Very cruel and bad things were done while he was in charge and they were done in his name. Had he not ruled Germany there would have been less wickedness.
Hope this helps your sister, and that she does OK.

I don't think people are going to do your homework for you.

I would Google WWII (that’s capital ii in Roman numerals & not 11)...WW2 or the Second World War along with the other subjects.
