To lose weight you must reduce your caloric intake.
You can eat everything but plan it so that total calories per day are less than 1000.Get a calory chart to plan out.
Take light calory diet at night.and dont sleep immidiately after food.
You can also try Ayurvedic preparations which have effect on glycogen cycle.They take long time to show effect but do help.
And you must have patience.You wont lose weight in a day.

u got 2 b kidding.. its difficult 2 reduce weight without workout.. atleast a 20 minite fast walk wil b more helpful.. and u can reduce the intake of carbohydrates and fats....

Well it sounds like you don't want to move a finger.... you need to accelerate your metabolism or cut the calories or burn more calores, that's either working out or dieting... now, coffee speeds up your metabolism so drink coffee... water does too, they sell some xenadrine or something like that in GNC... look for it, but definitely, the way to do it is exercise

if you are able to count your calories ie 1800 only then you can maintian weight. are you not a living being. if you want to be healthy you must remember that parishram ka phal meeta hota hai. so there is no way out without exercise.
