ok its as simple as this.. in 1 month i lost 18 pounds! im 118 now i was 136 before im so so sos skinny now but wrestling schools say i gotta gain some now lol... just lay on the floor and bend your knees like your going to do crunches but make your knees face you and have your hands on the back of your head then one at a time hit your elbow aginst your knee and come down so left elbow on right knee right elbow left knee.. not at the same time. go up and down if you get what im saying and if you miss your elbow add on 20 more.. i start with 100 and when i miss my knee i add on.. the highest ive done was 300....

also stay away from any sugar water.. try vitamin water.. its good for you and has a good taste...

Drink nothing but water, eat a lot of protein, avoid fat, the only carbs you eat should be whole grain, make sure to have plenty of fiber in your diet, do 30-60 minutes of cardio (running, jogging, jumproping, whatever gets your heart beating) a day, and maybe workout twice a week. Eat a small meal every 3 hours, that way your metabolism will start working harder.

There is no magical way to lose weight. The reason most people don't stick to a diet is because it takes dedication to stay on it day after day after day without seeing fast and immediate results so they just stop.

Your body stores fat when you eat more than your burn off.

To lose weight you have to burn more than you eat so your body will be forced to use the fat for fuel.

You do that by eating a little less and moving around a little more.

If you starve yourself your body will go into what it called starvation mode. You will lose weight, but as soon as you eat again, your body will save as much as it can as fat for the next time it thinks there is no food available.

So starving yourself is not the way to go.

Get more fiber into your diet. It can fill you up, while cleaning out your system. It can also help you lose wieght. But also drink plenty of fluids because otherwise you can get constipated. And excersise. Fiber, fiber, fiber.

Read a spelling book while running. You don't loose weight- it's not tight- you lose it. And how do you lose wait? I guess by not waiting too long- you mean weight.
