Well, we have...

-15 + 7x = -3x - 21
10x = 6
x = 3/5

first - multiply everything through.

so you have -15 +7x = -3x-21. Then figure that out from there.

Bring the 3x over to the left side:

-15 +10x = -21.

Bring the -15 over to the right side:
10x = -6

Divide:
x=-6/10 or x = - 3/5

if both the ? are equal then it is possible to find their value
but if both ? r not equal then its not possible to find their values.
