Okay no matter where you live toilet papering a house is always fun!!
We also used to go around to football players houses and pull up the yard signs and move them a few houses down.
If you desire a trip to Walmart you can get on the bicycles and ride around the toy section honking the horns. BEWARE you will get kicked out!
If you plan to go out to eat be sure to tell them it is someones birthday so they can sing to them and give you a free dessert.
After that I would play sardines, it is kind of like hide n seek but it is in the dark and when you find the person you hide there with them. (it is really fun if they hide in a cramped area) The last person to find everyone is the net hider. It is really fun. Everyone screams because in the dark you bump into things and people!
Then while the lights are off you can tell ghost stories.
