Which videogame has the best Music? And why.....

There are plenty of good music in video games. In no particular order my favorites are.....
1) "Katamari Damacy" and its sequel "We Love Katamari" --> quirky music to go with quirky games. The tunes are bizarre and catchy at the same time, usually with a cheerful and relaxing mood to it.
2) Final Fantasy VII to X ---> Nobuo Uematsu, one of the most versatile composers in video game industry, composed a a variety of tunes that fit well with the landscape and events.
3) Chrono Cross--> Composed by Yasunori Mitsuda. He is adaptive enought to compose music in various styles but most notable for Celtic influence in pieces like "Another Termina". Actually, the music is probably the game's biggest strength. My personal favorite is "Radical Dreamers", which a vocal backed by a guitar.
4) Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty --> The orchestrated music has action movie feel to it. I especially reccommend the opening music composed Harry Gregson-Williams.
5) Shadow of the Collosus --> The sounscapes will take you into another world. Much of the music has a feel of loneliness and desperation

Final Fantasy VIII by Square-Enix for Playstation. Nobuo Uematsu has done the music for all the final fantasys, and is the best music composer there is.
Final Fantasy XII also has great music, but FFVIII has the best in my opinion.
Reason: Nobuo Uematsu
Also, I haven't played the game yet, but Final Fantasy XI has some great town themes.

Hell yeah i admire the music Eyes on me it grow to be the subject music for FF 8 i truly ave a valid music and who would not love the classic conflict music and the victory music after a demanding conflict?
