How do I take the front off the replace the rubber band that holds the brush on?

Its the turquoise all floor c70 model

My wife and I tackled that the other day. Frankly getting the front off is easy - the plastic screws are fairly obvious. But getting one belt off and another on took real main strength and two of us working together!

take the base plate of first which is easy and then put the new belt on which is very hard
