Will my children be white?
I am 3/4 white 1/4 Lebanese will my kids with someone white be white?
I feel bad because my kids will be better than me and probably look down on me.

Your kidd will never look down at you, they are your kids and you will be their mum, yes they will be white but what does it matter, we are all the same race, the human race is our race not white or blak. trust me, your kids will love you and you will love them.

They will be 1/8 Lebanese and 7/8 white. They will not be fully white. Why should they look down on you? You should be proud to be part Lebanese. Embrace your culture instead of shunning it. Teach your children all the wonderful things from your culture.

First of all, since when is being white "better" than being something else? You have some very serious self-image issues that you need to work out with a mental health professional.
Your kids will only look down on you if YOU teach them that people of other ethnic origins are inferior to caucasians.
Second of all, you can never be sure what your kids will look like. Most of the time they will pick up the dominant traits of their parents (in other words, will be "mostly" white-looking in your case), but you never know. My sister has red hair and brown eyes, and NO ONE in my extended family looks like that. Everyone else has blue eyes. You can always pick up a genetic blip from one of your ancestors.
Seriously though, you need to develop some self-esteem and think about who gave you the impression that you are worth less than people who look different from you.

They will probably be white or maybe even tan, they will probably be beautiful, so don't even worry about it. They will not look down on you-I thin all of us want our children to be better looking than us and smarter than we are and do better than we do in life, because we love them. Enjoy being a Mom it is pretty fantastic!

that is silly talk wel there is a 3/4 chance they will be white. one friend of my daughters was white her mother white but her dad midiam brown she had lots of brothers and siters but none white. at the time I was expecting my 3rd child her mom was pregnant to and this 4 year old said will the baby be white like those in the magazeens I thought that was very sad. I did know several of her siblings but at that point did not know the parents.

of course your children will be white, but does it really matter that they will be whiter than you? and why would they look down on you? it sounds like your not even ready to have children if you think this way.
