How sad is it that the superbowl halftime show will be prince... you would think the nfl could get somebody alittle better than that.

Superbowl halftime show will never be the same because Janet Jackson's wardrobe malfunction. It used to be rowdy and exciting show but turned into family safe. The network doesn't want to get fined or take the risk anymore.

Yeah it sucks. I blame the NFL and the Rolling Stones. The NFL said they had a standing invitation for Prince and the Rolling Stones. Well after the Stones I guess it is no surprise that Prince would take them up on it.

I think there's a federal law mandating that the halftime must be played by someone that no one watching the game would ever get caught dead listening to. How else to explain it?

The game is watched the new generation and the halftime show is watched but the old one.

Ever since the whole Janet Jackson nipple slip thing the NFL has been very cautious with who they sign on as performers.. Afraid of fines and such. Besides, I'd rather see Prince than Paul McCartney or ANOTHER boring adult contemporary artist.. YAWN! :-)

actually im happy that they are not on the beyonce, gay-z, eminem, 50 cent, and the game bandwagon because man im tired of them having rappers during halftime i only liked it when mc hammer was there.
