Can anyone give me some information about Alienware Lap tops performance??

Go to pcworld.com. If you read enough one day it will come to you that a lot of computers are the same, as far as internal parts, it is just the outside that is different and costs and warranty of the computer. Alienware definitely makes a statement with their colored cases and high dollar computers.

Alienware are (generally) rebadged and reshelled clevo systems... and they tend to use high end desktop processors.

So they go quite well but they get very hot and whallop their batteries... if you want a nice quiet long lasting on batteries laptop then they may not be the one for you. If you mess with their cooling systems then they can fry (see the number of faulty ones on ebay...) so they need to be run with nothing bloking their vents.

They're supposed to be pretty good but very pricey.
