It just means that you are angry and frustrated. The death symbolizes the end to a particular situation that is causing you distress. Don't be too concerned unless your waking moments are filled with thoughts of ACTUAL murder. In that case, talk to someone and get some help. Good luck to you (and those around you).

Few possibilities..
1. Too much horror movies, you become one of the roles, dreaming is way to vent it out as if you are the main character
2. Subconsciously you have some hatred in you. You don't feel fair treatment in society, killing is another way to show your anger. Of coruse you can't do it in reality. Doing it in dream will show your helpless conscience
3. Attention seeking - You are seeking for attention. Killing may be the way in your mind to make people recognize you and pay attention to you.

there could be an unresolved issue in your life, a problem that this person represents that you have serious conflict or you will not tolerate. Look at whats is going on in your everyday life
