I ordered a dvd for dad for christmas from an american company called 5 Minutes To Live, they have taken the money from my credit card and i have still not received the item. The money came out of my account on the 5th of DEcember 2006. I have emailed them numerous times and the contact details provided on the website have proved fruitless. Can anyone help me?

It depends on which shipping option you chose. If you chose Economy or (surface) this one takes a long time to get to you usually 28-42 Business days,if you chose this one it will get to you around March. If you chose Air service then it should of been there already, check with the seller and ask if your item has been shipped then see what kind of service they were using to send it. I sell overseas on E-Bay all the time and many times someone will choose the Economy because it costs a little less not realizing how long this service can take. Good Luck to you.
