Terminal services tells me "cannot run but once per AD MMC ...forest" How do I fix this? (I am using a VPN)

I connect with a VPN. I tried to setup terminal services on my PC, which I had at one time, Now when I try to open the program to setup Terminal Services, it gives me the above error which I can only click on "Exit" or "Uninstall". Uninstall seems to do nothing and I cannot find it in add/remove programs. Can someone please help me with this?

The TS Client is already installed on your machine. If you can't find the icon for it on your Start menu, click Start...Run. Type MSTSC and press Enter or click OK.
