I have been breastfeeding for 10 months, but the last month has been nightime feedings only. I stopped that last night, so I am now completely done breastfeeding, and now I am pretty sore. HELP!!!

accdg to by ob-gyn, wear a tight bra 24/7 until it subsides and take some sort of OTC regular pain killer like tylenol. youll really have to suffer some of the soreness untill your body understands that its time to stop producing milk. do not let it out or pump. must stay full or else your body wont get it. its not too bad, i understand how ur feeling, i went thru it too

good luck.

Believe it or not...frozen cabbage leaves will help dry up the milk. And they feel so good on engorged breasts! But, use an old bra and wear an old shirt because the smell of the cabbage NEVER comes out!

Good luck

bind your breasts with two large ace bandages. It will take a couple of weeks of staying bind'd for the milk to dry up. i never breastfed so i was bound from day one. youre going to be sore as h*ll for a couple a of days but then it's home free. good luck

it will just have to dry up on its own. wear a sports bra. the first few days are the worse. after 3 or 4 days will will notice they are not so hard and not so tender. take 4 ib profen, that was my life saver! good luck.

Go on the pill. The estrogen thats in birth control pills will keep you from making milk.

wrap an ace bandage tightly around your breasts, not so tight that you cant breath, but tight, and take an aspirin a day...this will work trust me.....

I dunno... Get an automatic milking machine like they use on farms and hook those juggies up!
