How do you know what you believe is really what (you) believe and not due to mediea,parents,teachers,friends,lovers,beliefs?

Yes, we are programmed by society. In fact, the system makes it all but impossible for us to be any other way. What we believe tends to be what we view as the lesser of evils. Or at least, all too often. Each of the examples you list are great influences on our lives. It is important to hear them out, understand their point of view, but take it with a grain of salt. Glean from it what you think is right, and form your own opinions. Great question.
