Get them a card, wish them a happy birthday and deliver it a day or two before the party... If you still don't get the invite... have a personal conversationwith your friend after the party... young people... well... especially young people... outgrow "friends" just like they outgrow their clothes... and "experiment" with relationships to see what reactions they illicit from their behavior... like.."I wonder what "steve" will do when I don't invite him to MY party..." and many of the opinions here are true... maybe it's time to cultivate a new group of friends...

Organize your own brithday and invite your friend as the special guest..
This will hurt your friend the most... Send your brithday day pictures to me..dont forget!
