The Federal Food Safety Association has fined Wallmart $213,000,000 for using hospital waste and human blood products in it's food preparation. How can this be allowed to continue?!!! Is our food safe any more?

I would be inclined to check my sources on a story like that, and see if it were corroborated by other sources. It sounds to me like the stuff of urban myth.
A quick search of my own revealed nothing about your story.

Have you read Slaughter House Number 5...or any other book on food preparation? If you do you will never eat prepared food ever...Lots of things happen because people are greedy and ignorant.
