well only know if your flying from UK,Qatar Airlines flies from several airports via doha to cebu and manila check airlinenetwork.com or .co.uk or oasishongkong air, fly from gatwick at about £350 then get a PH airline such as cebu pacific to fly on to Ph should be able to do it for around £400 return

Try OASIS HONG KONG AIRLINES which leaves Gatwick daily. Then from Hong Kong, book a CEBU PACIFIC flight to Manila. This is your best and cheapest option.
