Goodness - it sounds like you took every precaution possible.
You should know that SOME spermicides are not good to use with condoms - because they break down the condom. Always read the package instructions.
I don't know what you mean by "one pill away from my first month" I'm guessing that means that you've been taking the pills for almost one month. That would mean that it's almost time for your period - and the green pills (different brands are different colors) are what you take during your period week. If that's the case - it's unlikely that you were ovulating.
The chances of you being pregnant - especially if you took a morning after pill are so slim that I would not give it another thought.
But as I always say - don't have sex unless you are ready to raise a baby, give a baby away, or kill a baby.

You certainly have your bases covered. Ha. You should not worry. Worrying will not help you or prevent you from getting pregnant. In fact, if you get yourself upset you can actually effect your cycle and cause your period to be late.
Ovulation occurs around the middle of the cycle, days 12 to 14, or so, for a 28 day cycle. It sounds like you are at the end of the cycle, right before your period should start. You were more likely to get pregnant during the middle of your cycle, but you can get pregnant other times. With the spermicide and the morning after pill, you are probably in the clear.
If by some bizarre twist of fate you are pregnant, remember that baby's are a blessing, not a consequence. Since the birth of my daughter, my life has changed from shades of gray to a multicolored kaleidoscope.

Your concern should be about all the different chemicals you are putting into your body and both the short and long term effects. My first wife followed pretty much the same regiment to avoid pregnancy. At age 25 suffered from toxic shock syndrome that necessitated a hysterectomy. Be carefull and talk to your doctor about the didderent steps you are taking.

With the morning after pill you have like 0.00000000000000000000001% chance of actually getting pregnant. It just simply dissolves any newly forming cell clusters. (what would later become an embryo)
So no, I wouldn't worry.

Chances are slim to none. You have used a lot of protection. It would have to be wonder sperm for you to be pregnant. Don't be so worried.

After all that protection, I'd say the chances are pretty slim.
