I go to a group interview in chelmesford then for two more if i get though any one been to these and no what questions and what they are looking for in there company I have heard the questions are difficult

I have been through this process but I am not a liberty to discuss actual questions etc with you.

My advice to you would be to think about the sort of qualities they are looking for, look on the internet for details on Aldi and be confident.

Also when you go, look impeccably smart and professional. You have to sell yourself in the allotted time given to you, so go over your achievements and experience and be ready to drop this in to the inteview.

Every employer has a different technique but they all have the same goal and things they are looking for. Hope this helps

This is for a job at Aldi! then you must:

Look like a vagrant
Smell like you have slept in the street for a minimum of two years
Be incredibly rude and unhelpful
Know nothing at all about anything


You will then fit in with the rest of the staff, good luck
