Not physically, but honestly, I believe that EVERYONE by the age of probably 10 or so has saved somebody. Think about it...without your friends or your family, would you be who you were today?...Probably not..and if you're wouldn't be, who WOULD you be?...You don't know, and hey, you may not even be here on earth right now, right?..Idk, I'm a little crazy but that's how I am and how I think =]

Yes:one of the kids of my neighbours got a chewing gum ball in his windpipe.
He bit on it:huge they were and the inside was filled with very sour juice:i guess lemon. It took him by surprise and he breathed in really hard.
Some bystanders tried anything:nothing worked.I did the Heimlich manoeuvre:the gumball flew right out.
Only the family au pair was there and the oldest child of 11 years old.
So,I will not hesitate to say that i saved the kids life.
Rob.

I have more than a few times. One of the few was so impressed by my actions that he named his first born son after me. If I hadn't of done what I did, that little boy would have never been born. All in a days work to me but to him, I saved his life.

Yes saved 2 boys that were brothers. They were drowning.
Saved an elderly man that was in convulsions and having a stroke. ( I think he would have died if I would have left him lying flat on his back in the parking lot because he was expelling a large amount of saliva from his mouth.)

I had an experience where I stood in front of a guy with a gun to protect someone I never met. I would do it again the same way.

I once saved my neighbors life. He locked himself into his brother's car's trunk. THere wasn't much air and it was steaming hot. I rushed into his house and got his brother. He was very thankful.
