When you are making love to your partner?.....i keep a little light on so that i can see his expression and he can see mine, but i have many friends who say they prefer to turn the light off does it have some thing to do with insecurities or what?..... do you turn the light on or off? why?

I like the light on to tell you the truth.Its nice to share the look feel and smell of your partner.It all goes together with your 3 senses.So keep them on.

We keep the main light off, but keep our closet light or night light on, or candles lit. My husband is deaf and if I say something to him, he wants to know what I'm saying since he can't really understand/hear what I'm saying. And he loves to see my expressions. This way, I can look in his eyes and he can hear me tell him that I love him. I would be perfectly fine with the lights off though because mostly he can hear me but I have to say something 2 times. But, I'm happy with how we have things right now :) We both enjoy it.

Lights off, candles lit!!! I LOVE the direct eye-contact thing and he says the look on my face turns him on even more. Those that are into shadow lovin' (not being able to see the person you're with) just have no clue of what they're missin'

I like the light on. Unfortunately, my wife does not so usually we do it with the lights off. I absolutely agree with you though - I like a little light on so I can see my wife's expression (a huge turn-on for me).

It's all about personal preference.My husband and I sometimes have a light on sometimes off and sometimes we have candles lit.Some people are self-concious and they don't want to be seen.Like I said everyone is different and has different moods.

I keep the lights On .......
Makes me look at my partner enjoy the act and I enjoy seeing the expressions......moreover Visual stimulation also added to it.....I also have large mirrors which makes me feel more into it.....
