Well, the Antarctic Circle is 15950 Km. long (the length of the Equator times cos 66.5). The only part that goes through land is the part that crosses the Antarctic Peninsula; about 200 km. So I'd say about 1%. Correction, it just grazes the continent south of Australia, so I'll amend that to 5%.
