On the last episode of Supernatural, called "Playthings," what did the ending mean?

Why did they show Maggie and Tyler skipping at the end of the episode and why were they showing the hallways in the hotel?

Oh that wasnt Tyler who was skipping with Maggie, that was the grandmother, (I think her name was Rosie). That was the deal that she made with Maggie; she would die and join her in the afterlife, if Maggie left the rest of her family alone.

And I think they just showed Maggie and Rosie skipping like that in the end to show the viewers how they´d be eternal kids from now on...just 2 lost sisters who finally got to be together and just play, like they never got to when they were younger, cuz Maggie died before she got to spend time with her.
