The Undertaker is not getting screwed. He has a special contract that allows him to only appear at a certain amount of shows. He doesn't have the rigorous schedule as the other wrestlers do. He has a lot of stroke backstage. He helps other wrestlers get a "push" by wrestling him...like Mr. Kennedy, who is now a big up-and-coming star.
The Undertaker will eventually get his title shot. Only when he is ready to take on the busy schedule that only a "champion" can handle.

Undertaker wants the younger guys to get there chance just liek kane does thats y the wwe lets them beat him. He may get a title shot but never win it due to he is retireing soon and he does nt do as many shows and wwe dnt want a part time perosn to be champ

They don't want undertaker to be the champion.As loosing the title will drop the undertaker's popularity.

He does get one @ WM 23. It has been confirmed. He will probably win the RR(this is not confirmed yet) but any ways will fight Batista @ WM 23. Bad part is they r gonna make him a heel(even though I and many others will still support him) and they r gonna make him lose but that can still change
