The more often you eat, the higher your metabolism will become, hence...the more weight you'll keep OFF. Slow down on the eating and eat higher calorie foods. Try Ensure (protein/calorie drink) or the generic wal mart equivalent (cheaper). Do this in addition to eating higher calorie foods. It will give you necessary nutrients and lots of calories to help with your weight gain. My son loves them.

Whatever you do, don't stop eating and just drink the Ensure...it is meant to SUPPLEMENT your regular diet.

Good luck. I had to wait til I was 30 something to gain weight myself.

Work out more, specifically weight training. You need to beef up your muscles if you want to be heavier because it sounds like your body simply isn't programmed to store much fat.
To build muscle bulk you need to set your weight targets to be quite heavy. Doing lots of reps of light weights won't bulk up your muscles very much. And make sure you're eating a lot of protein - tuna fish, red meat etc etc. If you can, see a personal trainer, they will be able to build you a proper weight training programme that will help you get bigger.

I kinda wish i had this problem; everytime i eat i get bigger; but for your problem try drinking Ensure ; you can find it at walmart and drug stores; or you could eat like alot of " non healthy food" to gain weight in places you may or may not want it.
