i want to know when did first corruption case came before & why corruption arises?

Corruption has origins going all the way back to when man first walked this earth. Some folks see corruption as something fairly new, or that it only applies to businesses or politics & government.
Nope, individuals can be just as corrupt as any of the above. Any person, group, or thing that acts w personal enrichment as their underlying motivation may correctly be described as being corrupt.
Its sad that so many folks think this is something brand new, or "invented" by Bush or Republicans or corporations or whoever.

corporate greed is the only thing comes to mind.
