Did some fork lift racing years ago during the factory shutdown in the summer. Only a couple of us working over the holiday and were bored so thought we'd give it a go. Not exactly Formula 1 but amusing while it lasted.

Tons of fun! When I worked as a night-stocker at a Safeway, we used to have races down the aisles! I also know what it feels like to have way toooooooo many palettes stacked up on top of each other and have it teeter and fall....good thing I wasn't sober when that happened, I woulda been terrified, instead of laughing my butt off while all of us cleaned it up as best we could. The smell from case after case of broken pickle jars had us in stitches.

Saw one of my ex-worknates and found out it took 2 weeks to get the car back!

I went out with one last week and to be honest it was a dreary evening indeed. It had very limited conversational skills, stank of diesel, and didn't get the drinks in at all. I will not be meeting it again.

Apparently I can pick up someone's maserati and completely trash it. I guess if you're so stupid that you have to operate a forklift for a living, then you'll never be able to afford a maserati, so why not play with one when you get the chance.
