Well with some of the answers you have given, I would say better then average, but very very very small.

I don't know what are the "chanses" are??.
Are they a family living in your house.If this is the case,I would not worry too much.The average family rarely blows up and in the few cases that they did,it was discovered that they had been playing with TNT.
Is this an insurance scam that you are thinking up.If this is true , I don't think your neighbours will be impressed.
Now if your house were "blown up" in the air by ,say a tornado,the insurance will not pay out.

I would guess a small chance; but that all depends on where you live, who you live next to, and all that other stuff. But I am going to say very little. Bye!!!
