They offer day and night. It is a different price after 4 pm.

As far as I know, "Soup, Salad, and Breadsticks" is always on the menu and they are only open for lunch and dinner.

lol, i have been going there my entire life so believe me when i tell you that they always have and always will have unlimited salad and breadsticks. BUT you must purchase an entree.

I believe it is just for weekday lunch...which typically ends at 3 or 4 pm. Call your local restaurant.
