He's a bit overdramatic, don't you think? But I can't stop reading his books. It'a a real page-turner.

The Bourne trilogy was superb, although the writing is a bit overweight and the drama can sometimes outpace the characters - but the pages turn at the same speed as my hands when shovelling popcorn into my mouth during a great thriller!

Eric Van Lustbader has written a fourth Bourne book too - based on an outline by Ludlum. He is another page-turner - check out the Zero series.

i like some of his books but there are other authors that are just a nerve racking to read. Though i find that every author has some good books and some excellent page turners.

James Rollins book Sandstrom was excellent as were others but some are just good. I think it has to do with the novels setting, at least in my case

I would never publicly admit it (I'm a snob!) but there is some compelling awfulness about this books and I still do read and re-read them. I guess I'm a closet fan !
