If you go by the stats before, it will be no doubt The great Indian alltime batting legend Sachin Tendulkar just check
http://www.howstat.com/cricket/Statistics/WorldCup/WorldCupMenu.asp
Lot of interesting stats there you will find Sachin has scored 1732 runs in 32 innings with an avg above 59 (Remamber his current ODI avg is around 44) (And the next best man is Javed Miandad of Pakistan with 1083 runs in 30 innings with avg 43 don't you think a huge difference and in near future nobody even can touch the milestone set by Sachin particularly in World cup and in ODI's)) so when it is world cup we can see another Tendulkar, the hot atmosphere of world cup make Sachin perform above normal, he was the highest run scorer in 1996 and 2003 world cups apart from Drawid in 1999 world cup.
So dear friend I am sure he will be only Sachin Tendulkar noone else.
