How can you be "happiness"?
I don't know, but the following things might make you happy:
Holding a baby, helping a child with their homework, watching a sunrise, taking a walk in the country, sharing a good story or a good piece of cake with someone, doing something nice for the elderly or the ill (volunteering), giving a compliment and making someone else light up, and knowing that God loves you no matter what. I hope this helps. Happiness is right around the corner and it starts in your heart. Best wishes to you.

When we look at others, we tend to see only one thing at a time.
The eyes, nose, mouth.
When you look at others, try taking in their whole face at once,
and see the Glow. The spirit and the Life in all of us!
