When I'm on my period, I get very moody- mainly worried & paranoid. I'm constantly worried somebody is mad at me, or that my boyfriend doesn't like me, stupid stuff like that. Do you have and ideas as to how I can clear my mind & think logically when its this time of the month?

You need to have a focus which you know you can do, which will distract your mind. If you start from the begining of the month and get yourself into a routine that will be even better. A hobby or an interest would be good, something thats interesting and fun. What sort of things do you like to do? Maybe theres a class in your area you might want to try or it could be as simple as a brisk walk

On TV during the week (U.K "The Truth About Food") they said pioneering research into PMS shows that high doses of calcium such as those found in Camembert cheese paired with doses of Vitamin D from oily fish reduced symptoms in some women by large amount. I don't know how/why or where to get more information for it. Probably worth googling or checking out BBC website.

From someplace between 4-5 months she began taking extra during the day so I dropped the dream feed altogether. Your daughter seems to be eating properly during the day, i assume is gaining weight properly and wetting adequate nappies, so extremely all is sweet, delight in the sleep :)

100 milligrams vitamin B6, everyday. Also you need to get your hormone balanced checked. Give your husband the leeway to go out and do yard work, wash the car, it is not necessary for him to be brunt of your bad moods. Mainly I would talk with your Dr..
