LOL any pathy. I'll have to remember that one. You having a problem with not enough hydrochloric acid in the stomach. Go to the health store and buy hydrochloric supplement. Take the supplement just before meals. Give it a chance to get going before eating. It would be a good idea to check the rest of your digestive tract too. If you stomach is having problems the rest of you is being effected too. More enzymes and acidophiles for the rest of the intestines. Increase rouphage from flax seeds, oat bran, wheat bran, raw fruits and vegetables. Raw nuts seeds, and grains. Think about an herbal laxative too.

Sip peppermint tea or just hot water. Keep a record of what you eat and stop eating the things that give you the worst wind. Chew slowly and don't eat too fast. Stop worrying about it as it makes it worse.

This will work, crazy-but just lay down, & rub your stomach in a circle. Just keep rubbing, slowly, or normal, see what works for you--but it will work. & if you have someone else to do it for you, it feels even better, honestly just relax & enjoy.

My husband always did this w/ the kids when they were babies, & gassy. It worked, & now any tummaches, there we go, it works. Its just gas that needs out. Hope you feel better.
