I just wandering if there is a program on the internet to download, where I can change .mpeg files into .vob files

ffmpeg should do the job, is converts pretty much anything. Works on Linux and Windows, but if you're using Windows you'll have to use the DOS command line.

You'll also have download it from a third party website as the official site only has the source code. This is great product and plays nearly every video format out there.

you need a programe called convertxtodvd (x2d),i know, i use it everyday it converts faster than the so called legendary nero and you get a better quality, i have try'd about 15 so called top converters and this one is by far the best out there. very easy to use.

i thought VOB's were "backups" Will. so i would imagine you have to convert to something else first, dunno sorry. but if you type convert mpeg to vob...in the search bar you should get a good idea.
