Google Checkout Invoicing?

I just signed up for a seller's account at Google checkout. I haven't yet verified my account by entering the small bank account deposit they put in there. Can I still invoice someone? Will that money sit there til I'm ready to verify + withdraw? Thanks!

I do not think you can use the account at all without doing the verified transaction. They do that to make sure your bank account and routing numbers are correct. The verification takes from 2-7 days depending on your bank's processing times and when you begin the verification transaction.
