I've been looking for a film for ages now called "no one would tell" starring Fred Savage and Candace Cameron on DVD, but I only seem to be able to find region 1 dvds and I'm looking for region 2. I'm not sure if its even out in region 2 yet but if anyone would have any information about this I would really really appreciate it.

The film was a TV movie in America. And American TV movies aren't normally converted to PAL Region 2, as it isn't worth the time and money. Mainly as the film was made for TV in America it may have been filmed on Video even, which means your dealing with an NTSC convert and then a new line of DVD printed. Also you would normally have buyers for the English film DVD distribution, if non of them like it, there is no chance of it coming over. It must have been shown as a VHS release back in 1996 when it came out as it seems to have a BBFC rating of 15, but with the quality of PAL VHS, you are unlikely to notice to NTSC convert, the same way you would on DVD.
