the sound of your voice?
like on the phone.. or does it always surprise you when you hear it? (I sound like THAT??)

that's true when i listen to my self talking i sound more like a kid to me but my boyfriend and my friends say that i have a very sexy voice..it's a bit weird i know but it's true that we sound different to ourselves than to other people

Sometimes I do...sometimes I don't. Whenever I hear myself talk, it sounds different when I listen to myself speaking on a recorder. It's shocking..never knew my voice sounded like that all the time.

Yes. I never really realize how high my voice is until I hear it on the phone. It's not as low as I would like it to be, but I like it.

Always found it odd that folk don't recognise their own voices until they hear recordings of them. It's because the acoustics in your own head make you sound different to yourself than it does to others.
I didn't realise that I have what is called a 'trained voice'; some even said sexy.

No, I don't like it. I've been told my voice is friendly and warm, over the phone. But I can't stand to hear it when plated back on tape

No....I don't like the sound of my voice. Grrr But, a certain someone thinks that it sounds sexy...so I guess it may not be so bad after all. : )

I like that my voice, becvause it sounds serious and sofisticated, also because I can make the voice of a little girl as well as the voice of a guy. it´s cool!
