Naming and shaming them somewhere like this probably isn't a good idea but if you have a genuine grievance against them then state a formal complaint and an investigation will be carried out.

Well, I believe that laws of defamation and slander would apply. I don't know where you live, but if the psychologist in question is abusing their position you should contact the police and go from there. They will be able to direct you in the right direction as to report the psychologist to their "association". You have been a vauge with your question. If at any time you dissagree with something or someone I was told by a lawyer once to just say "in my opinion" . This prevents the insinuation from being slandersous. Hope I helped ya! Good luck.

You should avoid defamation. If you have a complaint against a doctor then you should address it to the MDA or the police, not air your grievances in a public forum.

Look ... just find a good one because let's face it you have good cops and bad, good Doctors and Bad and the government lies,you have good waitresses and bad, good nurses and Bad. Good and Bad all through this land ... just spend your time looking for a good one! That is my analysis!
