well good tea at all these locations, but i was in London for my 40th birthday, And i cant say enuff about it, nor forget any of that day, though this was not the case for everyone i was with, but

Venice. Food is a lot better than London, easier to get to than Machu Picchu and the chances of getting shot or blown up are a lot less then Cairo.

of those three i would go to cairo...it has the most renowned history i think...but that's me. i have been to amsterdam though. it is a lovely place. i highly recommend it. there and belgium.
