how do i fine all my files ,so i can delete the i don`t need. thanks?

add/remove first and look at frequency of use and then size.start menu....search and put the name of the program in and delete it from the list. I would remove all programs not used and programs that you have back-up.

Download and install Ccleaner, it'll clean out a lot of the crud that builds up in your system.
