India, as a whole is tradition-bound. People care for others, than being very selfish. You get reasonable help, when you need. (The others should feel you certainly need help?). You have food nd living facilities to suit any budget. In anut shell, a LOVELY place (comparable, to the west?)

To get the correct answer to this question, you must have a definition of the term "city". Are you defining it by population (1 million and up) or by size (1,000 square miles and up), taxes collected every year ($1 billion and up) or in some other way?
