Other peoples thoughts and ideas are important because they may have thought of something that you haven't. Just like when you get an idea from seeing something or reading something, you only got that idea from someone else thinking it first and giving it to you.

Because each person has ideas that can make the world a better place. No ONE person should rule the world, or even a household for that matter, unless he or she lives alone. Life should be a democracy where a person is in charge, but listens to the opinions of others and truly considers them and works towards unifying and helping others live peacefully.

It's a dream, but not a dream unworthy or unable to accomplish.

What other people think of us is very important. We can not judge ourselves impartially.... the self bias makes us ignore our shortfalls and exaggerate our plus points. It is only through the other people that we can get the right feedback.... when a number of people say the same thing about us, it can not be wrong and therefore should not be ignored.

Other people's thoughts - They give us variety of viewpoints and also new directions sometimes, but let's never make them more important than our own inner voice, as that is the only voice that knows what's best us, and will always be on our side.
