make it a make-over party at the same time so it will be not just fun but informative enough to gain personality development. and of course, lots of fingerfoods, drinks and funstuff like icing, waterguns. personalized souvenirs (doesnt need to be expensive) should be given away too, to make the party very memorable.

Let them have a good time, and give them a chance to do their own thing, but ensure there is an adult available if things get out of hand.
As I do not know the age of your sisters, all I can say is kids need their own space from time to time, and with a watchful eye from a responsible adult, let them have a chance to enjoy themselves.
To the parents of any such event, let them be free, and put up with any noise they make, keep in the background, and ensure they are safe.
What more can I say, but to hope they have a great time.

buy lots of junk foo and pop. then when everyones there, put on your nighties and watch dvds and eat lots of junk. then when your parents are asleep, go get dads shaving cream and squirt it all over their hands. try do eachothers make up and wear eachothers clothes. it'll be fun

You need lotz of food. Dont buy movies, they will never watch them. You need music, lots of blankets, and soda!!!!
