Because you ask about women aged 30-40, you are probably a man who is 40+ years old. And since you're asking this question, you also find filipino women attractive. So, the answer should be "yes," that if you are attracted to women in this age range and of this race/nationality/whatever is politically correct nowadays, there should be many women who fit this profile there that you might find atractive. If by "hot" you mean pretty, filipinas in their 30's often look like teenagers. I've seen many 35 year olds that look close to 18. The same is true of women in Thailand and Southeast Asia in general.
