Why do people think prohabition will work now, but wouldnt work before?

Mark You're right.I share your opinion 100%.However,in this world people will be for ever with very peculiar ideas.They don't care a bout real stuff,what matter for these individuals is conservative ideas.Nothing we can do,we must wait.I thinks in two years from now,a new light will be in horizon.
