I read on peeonastick.com that e.p.t is nitorious for giving false positives. My "false positive was to the left a little, like it was beginning to change...but stopped. I took other brands, and negative. Oh yea, also I took a second e.p.t (pre knowledge of e.p.t) and again got the same thing, fainter but there.

Try a doller tree test they find HCG at 25 mlu, not 50mlu like ept... But I have never had a false pos with ept but I have heard of people having that problem... GOOD LUCK

I took EPTs a bunch of times and it was always accurate. My daughter was a very faint pink line and I have a C-Section scheduled in 13 days!
Yours doesn't sound like a false positive, it sounds like an evaporation line...it could also be that you are pregnant and EPT is the only test sensistive to pick up the level you are at now.
I'd try again in two days with another brand.
Are you on fertility drugs? That can screw with results!

I like EPT the best of all tests, with my last chemical I was getting by far the nicest lines on it when on First Response I had to use microscope to find the line. What it boils down to is how long did it take for the line to show up? If it was within fiver minutes, you should be good. They really are notorious for coming up with false/evaporation lines later into the time limit.

Why don't you try using a First Response pregnancy test. I got a positive result at
3 wks & 2 dys pregnant. Then you should make an appointment to see a OB. Good Luck...

Sounds like you are pregnant.
I second the recommendation for a First Response test. Or you can just go to the doctor's on Monday for a blood test.

I used EPT and got a very very light positive....I even joked around that my pregnancy test gave me a "maybe"........
that "maybe" is now a 9 month old beautiful baby girl.
Call your doctor and get a blood test........and good luck!

Yes, I had a faint positive that was POSITIVE get a test done at your doctors
