Could someone tell me/provide me with a link as to how an Aries person is like? e.g. personality.. but more importantly who they're said to get along with/not along with well.

any horoscope expert would get you off the idea of trying to look for common charasteristics from aries in your aries person, because any horoscope expert knows there's more to astrology than just the general 'star sign', which is actually the sign the sun is in at the time you are born. Every planet in our solar system makes up who you are, and therefore an aries can act more like a pisces or a taurus than like their 'own sign', so there's no use trying to get a general overview of what an aries is like. You'll only agree on few of the characteristics.

Just a bit about Aries from my experience: being the first fire sign of the annual cycle they are the hottest and the most fiery (even more than Leo and Saggitarius!). They always remain youthful and energetic even in their later lives. They are very impatient and passionate about things, if things don't interest them then they lose patience immediately. They like to protect their loved ones and probably they succeed. They are very brave and not scared of anything, however, this attitude can lead them to serious accidents and even death. In fact, they are very accident-prone, that's because they are not paying attention to detail or they are too hasty. Very revolutionary people, they like to be in the front line and the first to do things. They are very good at starting things but once a project is running they soon lose interest because they want to start something new. Keeping them mentally and physically busy and active is a key thing. They can be seen sometimes as abrupt and cocky and they don't like indicisiveness. They want result here and now.
They make good relationships with other fire signs (Leo and Sag) but they tend to be friendly with air signs as well. In particular, Librans make good partners because they are the exact opposite of Aries. They can contribute all those things to the relationship that Aries don't have and vice versa. I think an air sign (Gemini, Libra and Aquarius) are very well suited to them because every fire needs oxygen for it to burn (oxygen in the air) and the fire keeps the air warm. Have fun!

horoscopes are a fictitious load of bullsh1t. they are based on the stars, and surprisingly the stars are a few million light years away (even more sometimes but all stars vary) so we see the state of that star about a million years ago. how the hell can this be something that can be true?????
